Your Successful (Or Not So Successful) Weight Loss Story

Do you have a successful weight loss story that you want to share? Or maybe you have a story about a not so successful diet experience.

I am looking for weight loss stories--the bad experiences as well as the good. After all, we learn from our failures too. Not every weight loss program will work for everyone. What worked for you? Or what didn't work?

You don't have to be an Ernest Hemingway to write an article. We all have something to say about a given subject, and we all say it in our own unique way.

So relax and don't stress because you've never written before (in other words, 'chill'.) You will be surprised at how your thoughts will flow through your fingers.

There are no certain number of words that you have to write. It can be short, or it can be long. But don't hold back--share with others.
