by Ramie Haas
(Kansas City, Missouri)
Being an alcoholic and obese was something I was very ashamed of. I felt guilty, bloated, unattractive and there wasn't a hour that did not go by without a little chatter going on in my mind of the what, where and when will this ever end!!!
I quit drinking, lost some weight, and started doing things for myself that I like. I got serious about it enough to become a teacher of Yoga and Meditation. I absolutely love it!!!
There still was that darn weight on me. I dieted every which way and could not lose enough. I discovered the Blood Type Diet and wow--the weight came off.
I love the discipline and I love creating recipes that surprise me. And I also love the new me. I still have a ways to go but I am so close to that finish line I can hear the crowd roar. If I can help anyone conquer their challenge, let me be of service.
Sincerely,
Ramie M. Haas
